Compass Point 4 is Relationships.
If a relationship is important to you, give it attention. But different relationships require different attention. A mother, a real newsy letter; a team member, some coaching; a friend, a listening ear.

Personal Compass Point 3 is Finance. A broad goal is to build your assets so each month it’s worth doing the calculation assets-liabilities. Broadly you seek that figure to be positive and growing. Your Personal Compass sets your direction. PC point 1 is your career. Consider tough questions such as why would anyone want to employ me? Where’s my role in a world of AI? And thus what steps should I be taking now to protect my work, as work is not just about money; it is about purpose.
PC point 2 is my wellness. That’s MEDS, meditation-exercise-diet-sleep. To which aspects do I need to give a touch more focus?
