I’m convinced it’s a scale thing.

We evolved for a planet which is delightful, extraordinary and wonderful. We were the right scale for it and it for us. Of course we wanted to keep warm (fire) and we wanted to move things around (wheels) and trading was easier with a universal currency but then…..then….we went to far. Perhaps we should have stopped with Word version 1 and Excel version 1 and the first Mac.

As now-IMHO-it’s getting all too much for many. It’s the Age of Overwhelm.

Is there an answer? Sure. Scale back, one app, one screen, one interrupt, one gadget, one availability, one comfort, one processed food, one Uber too many.
