Goals, Change and 2026

…picking up from yesterday…..

You need six blank sheets of paper. Head them: career, health, finances, relationships, fun, contribution.

Start a timer for ten minutes and write as much as you can-bullets, sentences, pictures-under each heading answering the question: what must change here?

At the end of ten minutes, stop but feel free to add thoughts and ideas as and when. We will continue tomorrow.
