Flossing! The dentist recommends it but you hate it. Of course you hate it: it’s awkward, it’s irritating, it’s hardly pleasant. Could you do it? You could. Go on. Thirty days. A tick every day on a yellow sticky in the bathroom. Of course you can do it. That’s self-discipline. Forget the book for the moment.

Go floss. Thirty days. Do that and you can do anything.
