M-E-D-S is our core strategy, meditation, exercise, diet and sleep.
D is diet. Food is more than fuel; it manages health, mood and energy. But can we get any consensus of what makes a ‘good diet’? It’s tricky. But we can probably agree most of us need: more variety, more fiber especially fruit and vegetables, fewer ultra processed foods and more cooked from scratch with local simple ingredients.
